Your invitation: TO PRACTICE CONNECTING THROUGH WRITING FOR 31 DAYS How: 1. Find somewhere you won't be disturbed and set your sacred space 2. Set your intention (a prayer, affirmation or simple intention to connect at the beginning) to center yourself and open the channel 4. Write the question "what does my soul want me to know?" 5. When you feel the movement just start writing until it stops - no judgement, no expectations, just free writing to see what comes through 6. Discern how this feels - your highest guidance will ALWAYS be loving, kind and compassionate 7. Close the channel with words or movement of your choice - I usually say thank you 3 times OR my guides will close the channel themselves through writing 8. POST IT IN THE 'open the channel' tab My intention with this challenge is to help YOU open your unique channel - writing is just one brilliant way of doing this but it's not for everyone (and that's okay). I invite you to embark on this with lightness, curiosity and compassion and to bring your questions here.
