Q&A Monday
Let’s talk first tee nerves! Can't sleep, can't eat. The stress, the excitement, the what ifs. As someone who’s always struggled with the ability to handle pre tournament pressure, I’d love to hear everyone’s strategies for calming the nerves before a tournament round. What’s your go-to routine, thought, or trick to settle in and find your rhythm when the adrenaline kicks in on the first tee or well before? Drop your best tips below 👇 — let’s help each other step up with confidence!

I tend to play softer music before a round, use belly breathing, and have good self talk as I know the player that I am and that I can hit the golf shots that a round demands.

@Amy Simanton during St Mary’s event, on hole 11 at bayonet. 125 from the right fairway bunker to a back right pin, landed it hole high, skipped and spun back, lipped out and went to a foot! That was the one shot of the fall that genuinely surprised me 😂

Distance control and reading lies! Working on it everyday! How would I work on reading lies and knowing how hard to hit the chip depending on the lie?

My plan is to improve mobility! As well as work my wedges until I can’t swing anymore!

Drills + Wedge Competition of the Week!
Thanks to everyone who voted on what new content we should make. We will get to work on filming some more drills for you guys, especially ones we can do in The Golf Farm this winter. For starters here's a drill we can all do this week! 🏆 Weekly Challenge: “Up & Down 10” – 50 to 80 Yards Edition Goal: Test your wedge precision and putting under pressure How It Works: 1️⃣ Wedge Challenge - Hit 10 wedge shots between 50 and 80 yards. - Randomize each distance — you can use TrackMan Test Center or write 10 random yardages (e.g., 52, 60, 65, 71, 79, etc.). - Focus on carry distance and landing proximity. Scoring: - Inside 10 ft → 2 points - 10–20 ft → 1 point - Outside 20 ft → 0 points 2️⃣ Putting Challenge - After each wedge, simulate the putt for that shot. - You can pace off or measure approximate putting distances. Scoring: - Make the putt → +1 point 3️⃣ Total Score - Maximum: 30 points (10 wedges × 3 points possible each) ⬇️ Comment how many points you score and we will give away some Golf Farm swag to this weeks winner of the wedge challenge!
