I rebuilt this. Here is the honest reason why.
Hey everyone. I rebuilt this community. Here is why. When I started it I called it Lose the Real Weight. Most people thought I meant fat. I did not. Here is what I actually meant. You can be skinny and still feel heavy. Heavy in your head. Heavy in your relationships. Heavy in how you feel about yourself when nobody is watching. That is the real weight. And it shows up differently for everyone. For some people it is body fat. For others it is joint pain. Exhaustion. Anxiety. Or just that feeling that something is wrong but you cannot explain what. Your body is not broken. It is just keeping score. So I rebuilt this space to go after all of it. Not just the physical stuff. The story that says you cannot change. The belief that it has to be hard. The pattern that keeps showing up in your relationships, your money, your health, and how you talk to yourself. That is the Mindsh*t. And that is what we are letting go of in here. Not losing it. Letting it go. Because losing means you might find it again. And you are done with that. I built you nine modules to start. Short. Starting on this path (what’s this?) my program said “must loose weight to feel better, stronger”. New choice - will choose to eat whole foods, trust a process where I don’t know the how outside of counting calories, macros etc. I’m sharing this personal video because my new choices have brought me here. I’m stronger and so proud of this moment. So thankful I’m working with Cindy!

Need new clothes
I noticed today that my jeans are loose, not just around the waist, but all the way down the legs. That’s a first. They usually just get baggy around the waist and top of my hips. 😊
