Universe getting me back on track
I was on the call with Mike this morning and he asked me how my week went. I mentioned that I was considering giving up one of my big reasons was my success or lack of on social media and I’m not a big social media person (for creating content anyway). Mike gave me some great advice as always. Then only a few hours later something completely unrelated happened to me. I left my local bakery as I normally do on a Saturday and as I was coming back to the car I had 2 boxes of goodies I put one on the roof of the car and as I was holding the other and going for my keys the box on the roof fell into my arms. As I was struggling to hold everything I noticed a man walk pass me watched what happened and just walked on. I was in complete and utter disbelief as if I was that person walking pass I would have helped no second thought. It sounds a little silly but it gave me a whole new idea/plan for creating content which I am now going to implement and start using for creating content for my business. We also spoke about this either on Wednesday or last Saturday where your destiny is already planned and when you go off track, the universe (I see it as the universe) attempts to redirect you with signs or “coincidences” and I believe that this what happened to me today was mine Just wanted to thank you Mike for all of your help and advice I’m only on my 3rd week in your group and it’s worth every penny, it is priceless 👍

It's Fathers Day today (in the UK)
It has been one of the greatest honours of my life to be the father of two incredible young women. From the moment they took their first breath, my life changed forever. I would take a bullet for either of them without a second thought. But I also understood that my job wasn’t simply to protect them: - My job was to prepare them. - To help them become strong, independent, resilient and capable of navigating life long after I’m gone. Like most things in life, I learned as I went: I wasn’t blessed with great examples of fatherhood. I had an incredible mother, but sadly two of the poorest examples of fathers anyone could wish for. One deserted the family. The other was violent and showed little sign of what it meant to be a parent. For many years I could have used that as an excuse. But life teaches us something important. We learn from good examples and bad examples. Sometimes the people who hurt us teach us exactly what not to become. What saddens me is that neither of those men are alive today, and neither took the opportunity to become a better version of themselves. Because that’s one of the greatest gifts we have as human beings. We are not condemned to remain who we are. At any moment we can choose to change. - To grow. - To learn. - To become better. As I look back, I hope my girls have always known how deeply they are loved. But I also hope they’ve seen more than love: - I hope they’ve seen resilience. - I hope they’ve seen courage. - I hope they’ve seen integrity. - I hope they’ve seen that when life knocks you down, you get back up and keep going. And if I’ve managed to pass on even a fraction of those lessons, I’ll consider my job as a father a success. Of course, none of that happens alone. The truth is that I’ve been blessed with an incredible partner in parenting. In many ways, my greatest role model for how to be a parent wasn’t my father. It was my wife. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandads, father figures and mentors who choose every day to show up, guide, support and love.

Breaking the cycle instead of repeating it. That’s is and has always been my goal ever since I had my first. Your daughters got the version of you that you had to build yourself, I am going to do my own version of that 👍 Happy Father’s Day
One hour a week could change your life
On this mornings Syndicafe zoom we covered 10 principles that between them could genuinely change the direction of someone's life. Not just business life. whole Life. Here's a snapshot of what we got into: 🔥 Why losing a bad client might be the best thing that happens to you this year 🔥 The reason Alfie Best, Charlie Mullins and Neville Wright built what they built, and why you have every single thing they had 🔥 Why your price is a public statement about what you believe you are worth 🔥 The one mistake that turns a £10k proposal into someone else's internal hire 🔥 Why mindset is 95% and skillset is only 5%, and what that actually means for Monday morning 🔥 A 20-minute read that, done every day for 30 days, will change how you see yourself forever And that is just six of the ten core themes we covered Here's the thing. The summary of this session is attached below. Read it. It's good.... (although I am a bit biased) But reading a summary of this morning is like looking at a photograph of a world-class meal. It tells you something. It does not feed you. The real thing is the conversation. The questions that come up live. The moment someone shares something that lands differently because you are in the room when they say it. The bit that hits you personally that no summary could have predicted. That happens twice a week in this community. Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. It costs less per day than a coffee. If you have been meaning to start coming, this is the nudge. If you drifted away, this is the reason to come back. If you have never been, ask yourself honestly: what is the cost of not showing up to the thing that might change everything?

These 2 hours a week are changing mine thank you Mike. I found a reading of the god memorandum on YouTube I haven’t listened to it yet but I’m going to today and everyday from now on. I couldn’t paste it in the group yet as I’m still on level 1 but I’ll post it here hopefully others will watch it and find it useful https://youtu.be/b1qEmGyhp_o?is=U8iKpttN5wIw95Zi

@Mike Greene that’s so true after our call on Wednesday I listened to some of Billy alsbrooks stuff on Spotify I wasn’t really feeling him so I took your advice and opted for your other suggestion and went on YouTube and found some motivational videos I found one that I started to listen to and it really made me feel better and helped my rearrange my mindset or the way I was viewing the situation I was in on Thursday and as a result I believe it helped alter my outcome. The video I watched had a lot of David Goggins in it but there was this one clip of Jim Rohn and in this clip he said something very similar to what you said to me on the call on Wednesday, “if you want to change you have to change” and as simple as that sounds, as soon as I watched that it reminded me of what you said and that was my, not my ah ha moment but it woke me up got me out of my negative trance
