My why- Goal is to enter the investing world by house-hacking into a 2-3 multifamily and generate cash flow and amortization for tenants to pay loan off while I save up to continue to buy properties and repeat the process. On a side note, I have a realtor who has mentioned areas including New Britain, CT as a hot spot to start in so I am planning on starting in this area. I am starting to grow my knowledge through GHReia, CTReia, and Candor Investor Accelerator to learn more about this.
