Take 3 minutes for a reset. 🌿 3-Minute Spring Reset Breathwork 1️⃣ Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds 2️⃣ Hold for 4 seconds 3️⃣ Exhale gently through your mouth for 6 seconds 4️⃣ Repeat for 6–8 rounds As you breathe, imagine you’re clearing out mental clutter the same way you’d open windows during spring cleaning.
