Take 3 minutes for a reset. ๐ŸŒฟ 3-Minute Spring Reset Breathwork 1๏ธโƒฃ Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds 2๏ธโƒฃ Hold for 4 seconds 3๏ธโƒฃ Exhale gently through your mouth for 6 seconds 4๏ธโƒฃ Repeat for 6โ€“8 rounds As you breathe, imagine youโ€™re clearing out mental clutter the same way youโ€™d open windows during spring cleaning.
