Hi everyone. First off, there is no obligation to post here. If you prefer to stay in the background, do the work, and remain anonymous, that is completely fine. I respect that. However, if you are comfortable sharing, it helps me understand who I am speaking to. This programme covers the full spectrum: - The Novice building their first foundation. - The Experienced lifter looking for precision. - The Disillusioned seeking clarity after years of industry noise. - The Master (50+) fighting for longevity. Knowing where you sit on that spectrum helps me tailor the feedback and the future content. Iโ€™ll go first: - I am Shaun (63). But I tell everyone I'm 37๐Ÿ˜ฎ- I started going backwards when I hit 50 ๐Ÿ˜ - My Goal: Maintaining muscle, strength, low BF, cardio and mobility for total physical independence. - My Experience: 50 years of RT training ( All programs, various sports. - My Frustration: The industry garbage that profits from confusion rather than clarity. Hi I'm Sally, I've had the mother of years last year healthwise BUT I am here to tell the tale and now ready to get going! I am really looking forward to this - I have the gear but literally no idea! I want to build a better stronger me! But actually understand what I am doing and why.

Hi everyone. ๐ŸWe are officially live. While I am adding my session data for Phase 1 of the main programme this week (acting as the scout), your strictly focused action plan should be to: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Go to the Classroom and Open "The Pre-Programme Foundations" Module. ๐Ÿ›‘ Do not touch the weights yet. (Even though I know you all want to ๐Ÿ˜). Your Task: Watch the video on the importance and relevance of: - The anatomical alignment of the sternoclavicular and scapula mechanics. - The Grip and Setup routine. - Repetition execution. Take your time. If you are unsure, Ask Questions. There is no rush. Why do I want you to do it? - If you do not understand these positions and their relevance, you cannot press or pull safely. - If you can't feel the muscle you are training or experience your own failure level, you are just moving weight, not building muscle and strength. - If you skip any of the above, you will compound the reduction in the effectiveness of each subsequent Phase. Only once you have mastered these basics should you consider moving that understanding into Phase 1. Shaun.
