Why am I not taking action?
“I already know what to do.” And the answer is not lack of knowledge. It’s the nervous system. When you’ve experienced stress or trauma,your body is not focused on growth. It’s focused on survival. 👉 So instead of moving forward, the body can go into: freeze avoidance overthinking numbing And from the outside, it looks like: procrastination lack of motivationinconsistency But internally… the system is trying to stay safe. 👉 And here is the paradox: You need to take action to change your life… but taking action can feel unsafe. So what do we do? We don’t force big change. We start small. One step. One breath. One moment of showing up. Because action is not something you wait for. Action is something you create. And every small step teaches your body: it’s safe to move it’s safe to try it’s safe to change You don’t need to feel ready. You need to be willing. SHARE 👇 what are you trying today?

because I just spent 40 minutes trying to figure out the upload of photo so that I could/can be a part of this group. I get Very frustrated with so much of the tech stuff that is Not Easy for me. Now, I will attempt to decompress with some hip releases. Otherwise, I really like what I see of your work Zina.
