Watching videos
Im still watching videos and such and Gil says about the software highway. For the carrier packets and rate. Anyway, does anyone here have it already? Is it a simple thing to get ? From where and can I obtain this software before I even have carriers? Sorry more questions then answers huh.

I’ve spent the last three days organizing my notes. Let me give you an example: on the first sheet, I listed all the vehicle types; on the second, all the abbreviations they use; and on the third, all the weight and height specifications. Then, I wrote down some of the rules I need to know. That’s just a simple example.

Confused
Ok so am I the only one thats confused about paperwork still? Ive done the steps watched the videos did the business stuff.... I still feel lost. Can someone explain or tell me how you go about your steps? Does truck.ai and the paid community break it down better for the more hands on ppl?

Signed my first Carrier!
I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)
