Bio: 68 year old man with ileostomy due to Crohn's Disease. Eating carnivore diet, trying to heal my Crohn's, UC & Psoriasis & get off Infliximab.

Bio: Age 71, started keto 11 years ago and have been strict carnivore for 5 years except for coffee! I live in South Wales but am a Londoner originally.
