I've been thinking that in my stepmum coaching, and helping people solve their complex blended family problems, at the core, I need/want to help people develop higher consciousness abilities such as holding paradox and contradiction and ecological thinking. Hard to move past their family conflicts or sticking points without those abilities. This photo attached is from education/human consciousness research by Jennifer Gidley. She has distilled the research from many sources into 12 postformal qualities to develop below which would align with "planetary consciousness". Broad question. Do you help people develop in these ways (creativity, imagination, etc)? What are some of your favourite approaches? Are you aware of how you develop these traits in yourself as an entrepreneur?
