Week five day one
Kinda late in the week but I’ve been on staycation in Waikiki and only returned home now. It was great to just relax and sleep in. But now I’m getting back into the routine.

I’ve been drinking the slim fast chocolate protein shakes in the morning. I recently started adding it to my coffee instead of causing creamer and I really like it so far.
Beyond comfort zones
Shifting away from "all-or-nothing" and/or "perfection trap" tendencies helps us stay consistent instead of quitting. What's one thing you've been doing "just a little more and a just little better" these past 4 weeks? (Sleep, more time standing, a few extra reps, parking further, taking the stairs, etc ...?) Your input will help a fellow teammate (and get us closer to our 420 points in 7 days goal)
