What are you learning right now? Let me know!
Hey everyone! As we’re heading towards the final month of 2024, I’ve been reflecting on what a whirlwind the past few months have been. Q3 and Q4 have been incredibly busy — between running Datalumina, managing client projects, seeing amazing growth in Data Freelancer, shipping the GenAI launchpad, moving into a new office, and onboarding the first customers for our new SaaS product, it’s been a ride. 🚀 On top of that, keeping up with the YouTube channel has been both a challenge and a joy. Honestly, it’s one of my favorite parts of what I do — helping you all learn, grow, and tackle data challenges with confidence. Seeing your feedback and progress keeps me motivated to keep creating. Now, I’m starting to map out my content plans for 2025, and I’d love to hear from YOU. What are you currently learning? What topics would you like me to cover next year? 🎥 Would you like to see more LLM-based tutorials? Deeper dives into machine learning workflows? Maybe even some freelancing tips for data professionals? Or something else entirely? Let me know in the comments — what are you most excited to learn in 2025? This is your chance to shape the direction of the content we create together. Thanks for being part of this community! 🙏🏻 — Dave

Well put @Pavan Sai, in future being good at human skills of communicating better, making right decisions, will be as important as tech skills to stand out.
Looking to connect and learn from working professionals and peers
Hey everyone,I’m self-taught and currently focused on machine learning and data roles. I’ve been building projects and applying for internships or entry-level positions. I’m looking to connect with people to better understand where I stand, figure out what I might be missing, and get practical advice on improving. Whether you’re already working in the field or on the same learning journey, I’d appreciate the chance to exchange thoughts and learn from your experience. I’m open to short audio or video calls on Meet or Zoom and flexible with timings. Feel free to ping me if you’re open to chat. Thanks in advance.

@Felipe Checa Thanks for appreciation. About the challenge I understood the hyper parameter tuning as this was my first attempt I will not say I got it fully but saw the change in outcome and now trying to understand what difference it made and how it happens more deeply. In analytics I am focusing on being able to understand insights from data and become good in communicating it. Would love to know your take on this and any suggestions to get better? And also to connect and chat with you if you are up for it?
