I think when you run a business it is always important to reflect on where you are and where you have come from. So I would live to ask you: What’s one belief about yourself that’s slowly changing as you grow your work? For me it is that I can actually make a difference to people's lives. I always wanted to but I am starting to see that I can do that.

Thank you for accepting me into the Spiritual Directory. My name is Sarah, and I have a deep passion for horses. They guided me on to my healing journey around 6 years ago, where I completed my Diploma in Equine Healing. Since then I have become a Reiki practitioner, which has enabled me to work with people too, sometimes the owner/carers need the healing, which then helps the horses - it is a partnership. I also work spiritually, sometimes using oracle cards, offering readings, as well as Animal Communication. Around 18 months I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would be running workshops, but now run in-person 'Introduction to Equine Healing' and 'Equine Healing through the Chakras' workshops which have been popular.
