Finding Your Footing as a Healer
I use to wonder what it meant to be a healer in today’s modern world. Like what does that really mean. I’ve seen way too many BS people posing as healers over the years, and wanted to make sure that what I was doing never fell into that weird and f***d up space. But that old way of thinking only leads to fear and doubt instead of growth and movement. For me, my teaching and workshops are filled. Each time I teach in person there is a leveling up of the power of working with spirits. That has been my proof that connection is power. That tells me that I’m on the right path for me - not for anyone else. 💜 I finally understood that fear before expansion isn’t failure — it’s your nervous system waking up. And boy has my nervous system awakened. Learning to regulate our nervous system as we expand into our truth as healers is super important. I mentioned rattling in a previous post. Someone else mentioned dancing and movement. These all work. Find something that helps you when you feel the tightness in your belly, your chest, or jaw.
