@Mélanie DesChâtelets Hi, this my question too. For someone with PCOS and Insulin Resistant, should the goal be to lower fasting insulin into an "optimal" range (for example under 6), or is that not always realistic? Also, should people with insulin resistance focus more on overall eating patterns and consistency versus fasting/eating windows? I'm trying to understand whether reducing baseline insulin is actually the goals, or if improving insulin sensitivity matters more than chasing a specific insulin number?
