I'm a primary teacher. Since doing breathwork with the app I have much more power and clearity to handle the kids and my job. Would be happy to bring it in school for other teachers!!!

Last week, as we were doing the sync, I had something happen to me. What felt like a bolt of lightning coursed through my entire body. Literal waves of pleasure washed over me as my body breathed. I almost cried (still working on opening up the floodgates) but this was the most profound sync experience I’ve ever had. This sensations began because I was thinking of you guys. Thinking of everyone breathing together cracked open a dam of gratitude I hadn’t yet accessed. I’ve been floating ever since, and I wanted to share. So often we are scared of our own shadows that lie within the animal body, but don’t forget that there is LIGHT within the body as well. Go on an adventure into your nervous system.
