Bio: Hi, I’m Deb. I’ve been obese most of my life. WLS in 2013. Lowest weight in 2015. Went back to SAD, slowly gained. Keto since Jan 29, 2020.

Bio: I am a curious N-of-1 Experimenter, now post-diabetic with a healthy liver. What I learned is there is no magic bullet. There can be magic buckshot.

Bio: I am also someone who has struggled to solve obesity since age 33 after being a normal weight before that. This is my third class with Dr. Boz.

Bio: I am 80 years old, retired from 20 years of teaching Home Economics and 25 years as an RN. I have been obese and dieted most of my life

Bio: I'm a mom to one son, a shih tzu named Charlie and a cat named Oliver and a grandmother of three. I'm 75 years old and still work full time.

Bio: I m a 53 single mom I’ve been keto 2 yrs I lost 30 lbs but stalled for a year hoping to lower sugar and lose 30 more and get off meds.

Bio: Retired Air Force, Master Gardener, avid Jazzercizer, volunteer in an international non-profit service organization, married for 52 years, love life!

Bio: Until I started listening to Dr Boz I thought my diabetes and weight loss were hopeless. After a 35 lbs loss I feel great and am ready to heal.
