I might be on book 3 but I still despise blurb writing! Any tips or tricks any of you use?

I applied with roughly 2k other applicants for an indie romance author scholarship and I was one of 9 winners selected! The funds rewarded are to go towards publishing my 3rd book Loving Daisy. I’m so excited to have an actual budget and do so much more for this release. 🥳🥳🥳

I’ve been incredibly busy lately with my full-time job and other commitments, but I’ve still been checking in almost daily. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much activity here for quite some time. This community was created for you — a space to connect, communicate, and share ideas. I’ve provided the platform and covered the fees, but ultimately, it’s up to the members to make it thrive. I shouldn’t have to hold anyone’s hand for participation to happen. While it may only be a few dollars a month, continuing to pay for an inactive group doesn’t make sense. Because of that, I’ve decided to cancel the subscription, and the community will close once the current billing cycle ends. That said, I’m more than happy to reinstate it if there’s genuine interest and active involvement moving forward. Please let me know what you’d like to see, discuss, or have added to make it more valuable to you — I’m open to ideas and ready to support a group that wants to engage. Figured I would come back and update how the month ended! Daily goal 1k words with a total of 30k 38,157 words written this month! Out of the 30 days 6 had no words written at all 7 went over 2k 4 days I didn’t hit my goal And my son scribbled all over my paper today. Thankfully with a highlighter so I could still read it all.

2,838 words today! I feel amazing 🙌🏻
