I always tell my clients, no matter what approach you take, as long as you train hard, consistently, and progressively, you will get as big, as strong, and as "FIT" as your genetics will allow. Any other perspective on this would be as ridiculous as saying, "If I play basketball enough, I'll become 7 feet tall." All results, the only reason why we exercise (unless for your psychological health), have already been genetically predetermined the moment you were conceived by your parents. I think even us trainers lose sight of this. Sometimes I hear people arguing and bitching over small minute, trivial, arcane, obscure, almost irrelevant details that's essentially no client cares about! When we have to keep this basic and biological fact in mind.
