Treating basketball like a hobby will keep you on the bench forever.
Hey hoopers, I trained 3 hours a day for 8 years straight. Most players think two workouts a week is grinding. Then they're confused when kids who live and breathe basketball take their spot. And here's the reality - you're competing against players who are in the gym at 6 AM while you're sleeping. They're watching film while you're on TikTok. They're lifting weights while you're playing video games. So decide what you actually want. If you want to play in college, treat basketball like a full-time job. If you want to just have fun, that's fine too, but don't expect college results with little effort. Because when you put in work that most players won't do, you'll get results that most players never see. It's that simple. 1. Hi, my name is Ryder and I'm from San Diego California. I love to hang out with my fiend and family when I’m away from basketball. 1 strength I have in basketball right now is that I’m very committed and ready to take the next step, one weakness is that I don’t really know how to start.
