Land Unconference last year
“If these guys want to be there… I need to be there too.” - Ajay Sharma Check out this quick clip from last year’s Land UnConference. 📍 July 17th, 2026 | Bloomington, MN Register today: www.landunconference.com 1 month to go. Here’s how the day flows: - Morning: Kickoff + Connection Start with breakfast, casual conversations, and real networking. We’ll also share direction for where things are going in 2026 and beyond. - Lunch: Juicy Lucy Zone 🍔 We head out together for the famous Juicy Lucy burgers. Good food, relaxed conversations, and a chance to connect on a more personal level. - Evening: No Name Tags Needed The afternoon is all about connection... whether it’s canoeing, bowling, a game, or something active. This is usually where the best conversations happen. We wrap up with dinner, new ideas, and probably a few stories worth retelling. Visit: www.landunconference.com If you’re joining us (and ready for that Juicy Lucy 🍔)… comment below.

Just hit 3 years since my first mailer went out. Does that make me a land veteran now? 🤣
Yeah… we’ll just leave this here!
If you’re wondering what it’s like… This is probably the most honest answer you’ll get. Now the question is… are you going to be in the room this year? 🗓️ July 17th, 2026 | Bloomington, MN Visit: www.landunconference.com

@Dave Denniston Ticket bought, hotel and flight booked. Looking forward to it!
Leading during boring and Repetitive season
Most people don’t quit when things are hard… They quit when things get boring. No big wins. No excitement. Just the same work every day. In land investing, this is where growth actually happens: • Sending offers • Following up • Reviewing deals • Training your team It feels repetitive… but it’s working. — Strong leaders don’t chase motivation. They stick to the process. Because boring = scalable. If things feel slow right now… You’re probably closer than you think. Keep going.

I love the post and the message but I'm pretty sure lots of people quit when things get hard too. If people didn't quit when things are hard...where did all the Dirt Dreamers and Acre Chasers go?

Learning From Mistakes Without Losing Confidence
Most land investors lose confidence after mistakes. And it’s not because the deal went bad. Here’s what usually happens: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 #𝟭: They take it personally One bad deal, and they start doubting themselves. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 #𝟮: They overcorrect They change everything instead of fixing what broke. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 #𝟯: They slow down Less action, more hesitation… and the business stalls. Here’s the shift: The ones who grow don’t avoid mistakes. They just handle them better. ✔️ Fix the process, not your confidence ✔️ Stay consistent instead of starting over ✔️ Keep moving, even after a bad deal Confidence doesn’t come from being perfect. It comes from not stopping.
