Hey all...here is an Ai Avatar video we just created in our training call this week: https://app.heygen.com/videos/74d02ca9d7e04442a28b3e8864b24c6b It needs a little tweaking around the emphasis on certain parts of the video but overall the syncing the of the script to the lips is good and the movement of the body is much better in the context of the script. After battling for a few hours with Chat GPT, I think I finally figured out how to create a custom GPT that incorporates scatter charters, graphs and other pricing info. The real trick here is our MLS doesn’t allow us to export info into a CSV so I had to create a prompt to pull info from PDF listing files I load in . It’s a pain in the ass but I think I have it figured out
