TIME IS MONEY 💵 For setters: when qualifying leads, getting the prospect on a call the very next day is best. Think of it as a date 🫢 Chatting them up, getting to know them, and then asking them out the very next day is best. This way they are still freshly interested and looking forward to meeting. If you wait a week, chances are they won’t show up. Also make it clear that the business partner is at a higher regard/authority than the prospect. Ex: “Linkai is pretty busy but he would love to speak with you sometime tomorrow. Would you be able to make it on time for 9am?” This creates urgency and respect. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

My Story 🤓👋🏽
Hi guys, happy Wednesday! Here’s a bit about my story and some pics from my life recently 🥳: Prior to sales I was doing what a lot of other 22 yr old girls do. I was bartending and serving for 6 years. Although I loved speaking with strangers constantly, it became so unfulfilling bartending. I would be at work daydreaming about ways I could help and serve others in a truly meaningful way while making a high income. And this is not to bash people in hospitality, but I just knew working a typical 9-5, serving beers and burgers was not going to work for me long term. I have dreams to give back to my mom who has always been my rock, and bartending just wasn’t gonna cut it. Ironically so many customers would tell me I’d be great in sales. I would literally laugh at them because at the time I had no clue where sales could take me or what it even was. I also truthfully thought of sales to be for people who just wanted to scam their way into success. BIG MISUNDERSTANDING. Sales = problem solving. From there I kept having people direct me back to sales so often that I decided to do my own research. One day I was scrolling and I came across some influencer in High Ticket Sales. I instantly was fascinated. I started to study for hours daily. I realized that especially as a woman I have so many God-given natural skills and characteristics that are necessary and also highly desired in the HT industry. I sat on all this info for the next two months, until one day I was at work, just clocked in, and I felt this immense desire to quit on the spot. I dreamed about what my life could look like if I just took a chance on myself and invested into myself. I’m not kidding the next day I walked in and quit on the spot. Although I am still at the beginning of my journey, and I have so much more to learn and do, I have never felt more empowered. Fast forward just one month, I’ve now landed my first HT offer, I no longer daydream about what my life could look like, but I am an action taker. Has it been easy? Hell no. It’s been painful and scary. It is going to be very difficult. It’s going to be uncomfortable. But guess what.. COMFORTABILITY BREEDS AVERAGE.

Hey everyone! I think I didn’t properly introduce myself before, so I wanted to share a little more about who I am and why I’m here! ⚡️ My name is Ryan, I’m 20 years old, and I’m currently studying Business Intelligence in Costa Rica. I am very happy to be part of this community that has taught me so much! 🇨🇷🦥 Why I Love Sales For me, sales isn’t just about making money—it’s about freedom, control, and personal growth. When I first got into sales, I realized quickly that it’s one of the only skills where your income isn’t capped. If you put in the work, develop the skills, and stay consistent, you can change your financial situation. That’s something most jobs don’t offer. But beyond the money, sales has taught me so much about myself. It’s made me more confident, resilient, and sharp. You learn how to communicate better, handle objections, and understand what truly drives people to make decisions. And the best part? These are skills that apply to everything in life—whether it’s negotiating, networking, or even just becoming a better communicator in everyday situations. Right now, I’m working on three different offers, and every day I get to refine my skills and push myself to the next level. My story...
A year ago, I was lost. I was doing minimum-wage jobs, driving for Uber, serving tables at restaurants—just going through the motions without a real sense of direction. I knew I was good at talking to people, good at sales, but I had no idea how to truly monetize that skill. Then I heard about High-Ticket Sales. It sounded like the perfect opportunity—a way to earn serious money just by mastering communication and persuasion. But like most people, I had no clue how to break into the industry. So, I did what everyone else does… I bought a course. And let’s just say—it wasn’t what I expected. It gave me a basic intro to sales, but all it really taught me was how to set appointments. Worse? I ended up working for the same guy who sold me the course—what a joke. After three months of wasting my time in that scammy company, I knew I had to move on. So, I invested in another mentorship. This time, I thought I found the right mentor… until I realized the guy I was learning from was just a setter. 🤦‍♂️ But here’s the thing—I kept going. I built connections. I got into new roles. I learned how to close. And over time, I started stacking commissions until I hit my first $10K month. At first, that felt like the dream. But now? $10K/month feels slow. The goalpost keeps moving, and I always want more. So, if you’re looking to get into High-Ticket Sales, here’s my advice: ✅ Find a REAL mentor—someone who actually walks the walk and isn’t just selling a dream. ✅ Put in the work—sales isn’t for the weak. Rejection is part of the game, but so is getting paid. ✅ Always be learning—be confident in your skill, but humble enough to know there’s always more to master. ✅ If you’re the smartest person in the room… find a new room. The opportunity is out there. You just have to grab it. 🔥

My "first" offer - What did I learn?
As I told you guys in my intro I was in a Ecom offer, but due some reasons I'm not part of the team anymore. The reason why this is my "first offer" is because I was in Youtube one for only 5 days but there were almost full of Indian leads, so I got out (those Indians man...giving me traumas til today.) I learned a lot of stuff during this time and met some experienced hard working people. It's awesome to get out of the training camps and see what the battlefield is really about IDK about your level of sales/setting, but here are the things I learned for this past month: - 📂 Be organized – Ok, that's kinda obvious. What I'm trying to say is that you need to optimize your setup (tabs, phone, etc.) to create the most time-efficient way to make your dials and register lead notes so you can reach out to more leads/day (and make more money ofc). - 🗣️ Communication is key – Now I know how effective and powerful full-time communication is. The team was always mentioning each other in the chat when something happened, and things were running smoothly. - 🔥 Challenge the lead – One thing I always struggled with was going deeper into the lead's struggles. I had no idea what to ask, so I just agreed with their answer and moved to the next question. This resulted in tons of leads getting booked that weren't fully committed but only interested, wasting the closer’s time and giving me extra work to follow up with them later. You gotta test the lead! Ask them things like: ❓ "Have you tried a mentorship before? You know that isn't free, right?" ❓ "Most people get courses and still don't put in the work. What will be different for you?" By doing that, you can find the best leads to book calls. - ❓ Don't be scared to ask questions to the sales manager – Don't think that asking questions will make you look bad just because you're unsure about something. Ask all the questions you have and be open to getting shit on, so you can learn quicker, make more money, and make fewer mistakes when talking to leads. - 🤝 YOU ARE TALKING TO A HUMAN BEING – This is the most important one. When we're starting out, we often stick to the script to make sure we don’t mess up. The problem with that is that you become a robot, and even though you can book calls this way, you don't create a real connection with the lead, which leads to poor qualification. They’re human too—relax. Internalize the framework to navigate the convo and treat them as a friend. -
