ICM, Poker and Folder Structure
A problem that I had with ICM, is that I used to play a great deal of tournament poker. And ICM stands for "Independent Chip Model" which is a mathematical model that approximates a player's overall equity in an incomplete tournament based on his or her chips and the structure of th tournament. Luckily for me, Cursor helped me find and change the name and tagging of thousands of files to clear up the semantic overlap very quickly. 😀 Having said that, using ICM has made it abundantly clear how messed up my folder structure on my Mac was. I have spent a great deal of time seperating business and personal folders, cleaning up project foldes and archives (etc etc). That alone has been a HUGE relief. Is anyone here using Tiago Fort'es PARA folder system (Projects, Areas, Resources, Archives) that he teaches via his BASB courses? I am wondering how compatible it is with ICM. Or if that even matters. Many programmers here seem to have very logical and useful ways of organazing info via folders. PeceaS

@Alex Brown that is huge. Thanks. Simple PARA ideas such as having different work areas and project folders for work and business and simply knowing where stuff is, reduced my cognitive load and made me releax. I am gping deeper now and figuring out how topics for content marketing - YT, FB and blog can fit together and create a coherent strategy - rather than me just popping off on whatever I want to create. Knowing how you split your personal filing system and an agent routing map would be a big help. I don't have a mental framework right now for how to do that or when it's necessary.
Any Harry Potter Fans ?
I turned my remarkable paper pro (an electronic paper tablet. One of my favorite) into Tom Riddle's journal, but more importantly it's a new interactive surface. I can simply write in normal text and it gets sent directly to the model and the model response directly on the tablet itself in normal handwriting! Pretty cool! Going to see about connecting it to a couple icms! I used Maximes main repo to get it running !

Never heard of Harry Potter. CEO of a software company ?
The Agent Does Not Have A Body.
Been thinking through limits of AI. It seems to me that AI does not have a body and thus cannot become self-aware. It has no self to become aware of, no embodied point of view. AI does not have emotions and does not want to have sex and reproduce as humans do. so it's intelligence has no innate purpose (as near as I can tell)...or perhaps better said, it will be/is an intelligence that will not work on a human scale? I am new to writing about AI. And, as you can guess by presence here, use LLMS every day. I think about these ideas daily as I teach somatics - detailed, highly-unique movements that give feedback to the nervous system and increase self-awareness. Might sound flakey, but it is based on some simple nervous symptom properties such as various Fechner-Weber properties and just noticable diffferences. I have a short, audio and email based course if anyone wants it: https://www.ryannagy.com/ I created the sessions more than a decade before even thinking about AI. Peace!

Thanks for asking @Alex Brown. I could not find your YT channel, there a many Alex Brown's out there. Short answer: I have a Master's degree in develpmental psychology and teach movement sequences that feedback new sensory information into the body and help people change how they move and feel. So I think about self-awareness quite a bit. I have a tiny YT channel with a few short ssssion (I do not update as often as I could): https://www.youtube.com/@ryannagy I have been producing experiential audio sessions on quite some time. I have a free series here. Audio tend to be better than video because it is easier to focus on bodily sensation when visual system is less engaged: https://www.ryannagy.com/join-feldenkrais-course/ Peace! Ryan

@Carla Bosteder actually, I like your phrasing better. It’s more practical and actionable. 🤓😂
Youtube Ai tool
This group I'm sure has a wealth of tools from members that already built their own thing. I'm looking for a youtube tool that analyzies videos from diffrent channels based on views, titles, thumpnalis, and subs. Anyone got something you want to share feel free to be proud with what you got. Edit: I'm getting into the English teaching niche for helping people pass English certs needed either for immigration, or scholarship studies. I'm trying to analyze videos based on view performances ratioed to the sub count. ideally small channels with 50k max subs with video counts of 1:5 the sub ratio. Targeting only youtube. key words would be English, IELTS, PTE, Toefl. I'm sure there are lots of tools and resources out there either you have built or even used and its public or paid. I know nothing about Ai, and brand new here.

@Ebrahim Mahdi I have been impressed by how quickly bots get taken down here. And how often new bots come back the conversation. 😂
