@Bobbie Eden 🤣whatever you do dont do it.Once youre in youre hooked. Its taking over the world. Its a crossfit type event but they made the event more open so that anybody can do it. basically you run around a l1km lap 8 times on each lap there is a station, lunges, row, ski erg etc..then you finish with 100 wall balls. you can do it solo, pairs or teams and theres different level based on weights etc..normally take between 1:20-2:00 for most people. Its so much fun but so hard. They have events all around the world now, there trying to get into the olympics. You could literally travel the world all year doing a hyrox. I do it for the challenge and I juts love fitness events.
