Going for the 3 up version next

I think this is 3 ball cascade, gonna check out the course to see what to work on next! This is all I know right now, but I just got the course and fly juggling balls so I’m excited to learn more! I feel I can keep cascade going for a while but my throws don’t look super consistent. Also, with the Fly Juggling Balls, It’s hard to express in a video how cool they really are, but they really do feel amazing and super comfortable to juggle with!

I've been practicing the reverse cascade for a little while now but I'm still not great at it... I was wondering if I could get any tips?

New here, but excited to learn and progress. I can do a 3 ball juggle for about 10 sec or so, so that’s where I’m starting!
