I have worked in the financial sector as a Software Engineer for the past 5 years with the last 3 as a Fullstack. Like many of you, I am also struggling to level up my technical skills while juggling a full-time job. My top 3 goals are: 1. To accept an Intermediate Backend or Fullstack position at a Health/Wellness Tech startup earning $140+ 2. Develop a robust portfolio of projects I can speak to with authority and ownership; I want to work on my own startup as a solo founder in the near future 3.
