🎬 IDEA #19 — DR. BLAND'S EASTERN MEDICINE MENTORSHIP FOR NEW CHIRO GRADS
Status: 🟢 Open — Daniel is meeting with Ryan tomorrow THE PROBLEM New chiropractic graduates leave school terrified. They have their license, a few textbook moves, and zero real-world experience. One bad neck crack and they're in a lawsuit. Traditional chiro programs don't teach Eastern medicine, which means they're leaving a massive tool off the table — and they don't even know what they're missing. THE IDEA Dr. Ryan Bland — chiropractor and Eastern medicine specialist — targets new chiro grads and sells them what they actually need: an insurance policy. A mentor who knows the Eastern approach, takes their complicated cases, and keeps them from burning their career down in year one. Free School community as the top of funnel. $97/month weekly call. $500/month retainer for case support. THE BUSINESS ANGLE New grads are a captive, motivated audience. They graduate from 10 universities, all go to the same conferences, all join the same professional organizations. They're findable. They're scared. And they'll pay for peace of mind. 20 people at $97/month is $2K/month for one 60-minute call a week. Add 10 retainer clients and you're at $7K/month minimum. This is all knowledge transfer — no overhead, no brick-and-mortar scaling problems. THE PROCESS (via @Daniel Coffeen ) 1. Set up a free School community with existing YouTube videos + 1 PDF resource guide 2. Target new grads at Palmer University and similar schools via email blast + conference outreach 3. Engage in chiropractor horror story Reddit threads — position Ryan as the alternative 4. Launch the weekly 60-min Q&A call at $97/month — screens off, structured format 5. Upsell complicated case retainer at $500/month to active call members WHO'S BUILDING THIS Dr. Ryan Bland + @Daniel Coffeen — Daniel is meeting with Ryan tomorrow to present this model. Ryan has the skill and the credibility. Daniel has the system. NEXT STEPS → @Daniel Coffeen — Bring a written version of this model to tomorrow's meeting

🎬 IDEA #27 — SUPPLEMENT FULFILLMENT AI ALERT SYSTEM
Status: 🟢 Open — anyone can pick this up THE PROBLEM @DrB does $50K/year through a practitioner-only supplement company (Nutritional Frontiers). He recently placed a $7,000 order that sat in processing for 7 days with zero alerts. His patients — cancer patients, chronically ill people, people whose health depends on these supplements arriving on time — were left waiting. He's not alone. Another practitioner doing $50-75K/year left the company entirely over the same issue. The problem: no system exists to flag high-value orders that are stalling in processing. THE IDEA Build and sell an AI-powered order alert system to supplement companies (and similar fulfillment businesses) that flags VIP orders the moment they stall in processing. The system monitors order status, identifies high-value clients, and pushes alerts to the right people before the order becomes a crisis. Sell it directly to the companies whose fulfillment is failing their best customers. THE BUSINESS ANGLE Nutritional Frontiers is just one company — this problem exists across the practitioner supplement industry and beyond. Any B2B fulfillment company with VIP clients and aging warehouse operations needs this. These companies are often run by non-technical operators who aren't going to build this themselves. Price it as a SaaS tool or a one-time implementation + retainer. The cost of losing one $50K/year practitioner far exceeds whatever this system would cost. THE PROCESS (via @DrB) 1. Document the exact failure point — where do orders stall, what triggers the alert need, who needs to be notified 2. 2. Map out the existing order system at the supplement company (API access, or manual data input) 3. 3. Build a Claude-powered monitoring workflow that checks order status and fires alerts past a threshold time 4. 4. Package as a pitch: "Here's what your VIP client loss is costing you. Here's the fix." 5. 5. Sell to Nutritional Frontiers first as the warm intro, then expand to similar companies

Even if this doesn’t work for other companies, I believe this AI could potentially work for me and my supplement store when I get an order, it would be cool to be notified on my phone so I can get that package out as soon as possible and retain the client cause I am competing with people buying supplements from Amazon. However, buying supplements from a doctor they’re getting top-tier pharmaceutical grade supplements that the average consumer cannot purchase themselves.
DAY 2 RECAP + DAY 3 ASSIGNMENT - March 24 (Watch Before Wednesday's Call)
EVERYONE GOT PAID TONIGHT. WATCH HERE Day 2 was an execution call. 6 students presented. Every single one left with a clear money path. Here's the full breakdown: WHO GOT PAID / IS GETTING PAID THIS WEEK: 1. Arizona Akin — $150 SALE CLOSED Sold a 7-day Content-Sprint Accountability Course. Used Daniel's Day 1 prompt chain, DM'd story viewers on content coaches' videos, and closed within 2 hours. Cash App payment. This is the blueprint. 2. Hunter Bonifas — Active Revenue (Clipper Business) 15+ clients over 50K followers. Posted on a YouTube channel with 50 followers → 11M views and 2K followers in 10 days. Got shown live Upwork clipper jobs on the call. Collaborating with Arizona. 3. Conner Purnell — PIVOTED to $1,000+ Sleep Training Contracts Used ChatGPT to sleep train his baby in 3 nights (1hr 45min crying → 35min → fell asleep in his arms). Daniel told him to forget the $20 meal plan PDF and sell week-long sleep training contracts for $1,000+. The proof is his own kid. 4. Justin James — Case Chiro Reviews + $150/hr Upwork AI-assisted evidence-based care reviews for chiropractors. Already got contacts willing to send cases. Plus Daniel showed him medical records reviewer jobs on Upwork paying $150/hr. He has the license. He has 36K followers. Time to execute. 5. Austin Brown — Google Review Automation (Door-to-Door) Built an AI-powered Google review system for local businesses. Going door-to-door to auto shops, partnered with local coffee shop for $7 gift card incentive. Offering it free first as proof of concept. Meeting chiro contacts tomorrow. 6. Stevie Spurlin — Medical Records Reviewer ($150-200/hr on Upwork) Air National Guard with medical background. Hated her DM coaching idea. Daniel pivoted her to medical records reviewing on Upwork at $150-200/hr fixed fee. Claude does the review, she quality-checks with her professional license. Can do 10/day. KEY LESSONS FROM TONIGHT: • Students who picked problems they personally lived through moved fastest

📊 IDEA #04 — BUSINESS PROFILE AUDIT + SOP
Status: 🟡 In Progress — @Austin Brown is working this. Join the thread. THE PROBLEM Every local business in America is leaving money on the table. Their Google profile is incomplete. Their reviews are unmanaged. Their online presence is inconsistent. Their internal processes are bloated and manual. They have no idea — and nobody has ever shown them a better way. They're not going to find the solution by Googling it. They're too busy running the business. You walk in, show them the problem, hand them the solution, and charge for the service. WHAT YOU'RE BUILDING A Claude-powered business audit that analyzes a local business's full online presence — website, Google profile, reviews, social, local SEO — and produces a prioritized SOP (Standard Operating Process) telling them exactly what to fix and in what order for the biggest impact. The output is a professional report with a clear action list. They can implement it themselves or hire you to do it for them. Either way, you get paid. Austin Brown already closed a $500 sale with a laundromat doing exactly this. He delivered the report and SOP in the same week. THE 9/10 PLAN Phase 1 — Build your audit template with Claude (Days 1–2) Open Claude and paste this prompt: "I'm building a local business audit service. Help me create a comprehensive audit checklist for a local service business (laundromat, body shop, plumber, restaurant, etc.). Cover: Google Business Profile completeness, review count and average rating, website quality and mobile experience, social media presence, local SEO signals, and internal process gaps. For each category, give me 5 specific things to check and a simple score of 1–3. At the end, output a prioritized 'Top 3 things to fix first' with specific action steps. Make this easy enough that I can run it on any business in under an hour." Save this template. That's your product. Phase 2 — Run it on a real business for free (Days 2–4) Pick a local business — one you actually visit, or one you noticed has obvious problems (low reviews, bad photos, no website). Tell them you're doing a free audit as part of a project. No pitch yet. Run the audit. Generate the report with Claude.

Having a hard ass time finding ideas that work. Would love to connect with anyone who’s figured out AI in a healthcare setting or is open to collaborating — drop a comment or DM me @drryanbland As a holistic practitioner in functional medicine and chiropractic, I’m finding it hard to apply a lot of this directly. HIPAA and industry regulations make automating patient-facing tasks more complicated than it looks. For me, the best use of AI might just be improving customer service and the patient experience which I have some help that I’ll be experimenting with. My focus since I have a skill IS finding a way to exploit my expertise in some kind of an app or membership could be useful. open to any thoughts
