Big Dawgs fitness discussion 💪
Commonly asked question: Do you really need to train every day to see results? 🤔 One thing I see a lot in fitness is people thinking more training automatically means more progress. But recovery is a massive part of improving your physique and performance. Training gives your body the stimulus, but adequate rest, sleep and nutrition are what allow you to recover and adapt. Sometimes adding another hard session isn’t the answer — improving the quality of the sessions you’re already doing can be far more beneficial. 💪 Consistency over weeks and months matters much more than absolutely smashing yourself every single day. 🔥 What does everyone think? How many days a week do you currently train, and have you ever found that training less actually helped you progress more? Drop your experiences below 👇🐕 There’s no better way to learn than getting different opinions and experiences from the pack. #BigDawgSupplements #JoinThePack #FitnessDiscussion #Training #Recovery
