Rest days 🙄
You know you’ve made it when taking a rest day feels harder than actually going to the gym 😂💪 But one thing I’ve learned is that rest days are just as important — if not MORE important — than the sessions themselves. Your body needs time to recover, repair and come back stronger. 🧠💪 And a rest day doesn’t mean you have to sit on the sofa doing absolutely nothing all day! Get some extra steps in 🚶‍♂️, keep yourself moving, eat properly and maybe get those carbs up ready to attack the next session. 🍚🔥 Training breaks the body down. Recovery is where you build it back up. Sometimes the hardest part of being consistent is knowing when NOT to train. 😮‍💨 Recover. Carb up. Come back stronger. You’ve made it, Big Dawgs 🐕💪🔥 #BigDawgSupplements #JoinThePack #RestDay #Recovery #GymLife #TrustTheProcess

@Greg Barwell carbs are the energy, not the enemy 💪
Treat yourself ❤️💪
Had a little 3-day break from dieting and honestly… I ate absolute crap 😂🍔🍕🍫 Back in the gym today though and I actually felt stronger, better and refreshed 💪🔥 Sometimes your body — and your head — just needs a break, and that’s completely OK! You’re not going to lose gains or undo progress that’s taken you months or even years to build in 2 or 3 days. It took me a long time to realise that myself because I used to stress over every little setback. Enjoy the break, reset, then get straight back to it. Consistency over time is what matters — not being perfect 365 days a year. 💯 Don’t stress too much over it, Big Dawgs. Give yourself a break when you need one, then come back ready to go again! 🐕💪🔥 #JoinThePack #BigDawgs #TrustTheProcess #ConsistencyOverPerfection

Big Dawgs fitness discussion 💪
Commonly asked question: Do you really need to train every day to see results? 🤔 One thing I see a lot in fitness is people thinking more training automatically means more progress. But recovery is a massive part of improving your physique and performance. Training gives your body the stimulus, but adequate rest, sleep and nutrition are what allow you to recover and adapt. Sometimes adding another hard session isn’t the answer — improving the quality of the sessions you’re already doing can be far more beneficial. 💪 Consistency over weeks and months matters much more than absolutely smashing yourself every single day. 🔥 What does everyone think? How many days a week do you currently train, and have you ever found that training less actually helped you progress more? Drop your experiences below 👇🐕 There’s no better way to learn than getting different opinions and experiences from the pack. #BigDawgSupplements #JoinThePack #FitnessDiscussion #Training #Recovery
