One service. One clear outcome. Clarity converts. 3️⃣ Validate before perfecting Set up a basic page. Run small tests. Talk to potential customers. You’re not building perfection, you’re testing demand. 4️⃣ Launch messy It won’t feel ready. Do it anyway. Feedback is better than overthinking. 5️⃣ Improve weekly Watch what works. Fix what doesn’t.
