Worried about heat & humidity
Hi! I’m training for the NYC Marathon and am having a tough time training in the heat and humidity….really concerned if it’s hot and humid on race day—any ideas?!?

Your running background and what running/races/goals you're currently focused on: I’ve been running marathons & half marathons since 1999 using the run-run-run system. My last marathon was Honolulu 2009 & this month, I’m starting to train for my 7th marathon, NYCM, in November (while dealing with a hamstring pull) in honor of my big upcoming birthday

Hello! Welcome to The 9Mile Marathon Skool Community. We have created this community for our 9Mile Marathon Mastery students (click here for more information about The 9Mile Marathon Mastery Personal Training and Coaching Program).
