The Food Pyramid Has Flipped!!🤯
Announced last week…The famous “food pyramid” developed in the 70s has been flipped on its head. Now the question is. Are you going to change your diet to reflect way more protein and fat intake and less starchy, grain based carbohydrates?

Remember the “low fat” 90’s? They tried to convince us that bagels and pasta were healthy because they were low fat. Luckily I had a fitness instructor who basically taught what the “new” pyramid outlines.

@Dave Morrow My instructor actually said “They are going to turn us all into diabetics.” This was 1997.

Hi. I’m a retired musician. I’m on a good track. I’ve tightened up my diet and lost 13 lbs since May. I joined because winter is always rough for me. I’m usually on the edge of a cold and it’s when my ongoing shoulder issues become worse. I’m doing physio for my shoulders but I’m feeling discouraged. I have a new weight routine on the go. Just need some help with the shoulders and the dark winter days.
