I've noticed that more frequently than not (like 2/3), my initial consult calls will postpone hours before a call. Does anyone have an idea for why this would be happening? Am I perhaps not getting deep enough into their problem when I'm dm'ing with them?

I am so proud of this certificate. Like Ed says, it is not the certificate that makes you a great coach but the experience that you get by practicing what you learn... at the same time, it feels so good to receive this acknowledgment!!!! I appreciate it so much. Completing the program gave me a structure to follow, great insights, confidence and an even stronger urge to help others better their lives and live the happiness they deserve.
