Hi everyone, Im involved in a privately held industrial land project in Houston, Texas tied to energy and logistics infrastructure. The site includes existing industrial use and is being developed in phases, with an emphasis on practical, asset backed operations before larger expansion. The project has completed a successful refinancing which addressed prior ownership and capital structure considerations and allows the development to move forward as planned.
