I am relatively new to non-dual teaching and in week 9 of the 10-week course now.  When I started, I was only halfhearted at it, shortcutting the suggested 2x 20-30 minutes meditation until week 3 into the program, because I felt calmer.  The daily course structure guides me to practice the learning at the same time of the conceptual understanding.  I feel I am at the right place for the start of this non-dual journey.
