Does Growth Hormone Actually Shorten Your Lifespan? 🤔
You've probably heard the argument: "Lower growth hormone and IGF-1 levels lead to a longer life." But is living longer the same thing as living better? Growth hormone can improve recovery, body composition, energy, mobility, exercise capacity, and overall quality of life. The question is whether optimizing those factors helps people take better care of themselves and ultimately live longer as a result. I think there's an important difference between lifespan and healthspan. Living to 90 isn't nearly as appealing if the last 20 years are spent feeling weak, tired, and incapable. So here's the debate: Would you rather... 🔹 Live longer with lower quality of life? 🔹 Live slightly fewer years with a much higher quality of life? 🔹 Or do you think it's possible to optimize both? Curious to hear where everyone stands on this one. Drop your thoughts below. 👇 🎥 Full video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0aeSu5avVo

It doesn’t make sense to me that by not trying to optimise your health you will live longer? It’s got to be both live better and live longer.

I use MB on days where I need hyper focus. Also use it after a poor night’s sleep. Usually also up my creatine in both scenarios and for the most demanding days will also add a nicotine patch.

The nicotine patch via really for focus only and definitely works for me.
Has anyone experienced any negative enclomiphene sides?
If so, how to go about mitigating them? I've been on 12.5mg enclo for the last week & about to start Ac-262 No noticable sides or anything, just wanted to be prepared ahead of time.

@Trey Wilson thanks for the perspective- it’s gotten my numbers up and I’ve felt a different man the past five months but I made many changes and supplements/additions.
Ac 262 causes Acne?
Hi everyone, I’ve had a few attempts at running AC-262, mostly because I’ve seen it widely regarded as one of the "safer" options. However, every time I start a cycle, I consistently develop breakouts on my face. I’m struggling to understand why this is happening, as I’ve tolerated much stronger compounds in the past without any similar issues. Specifically, I’ve used RAD-140, Ostarine, Enclomiphene, and Proviron previously, and I never had this problem with my skin. I’m skeptical that this is strictly hormonal, given my history with other compounds. Has anyone else experienced localized facial acne specifically with AC-262, or do you have any theories on what might be causing this? Any insights would be appreciated.
