Eating out is something that we all have to do out of convenience from time to time. It's super easy to eat way over 800 cals with most fast food meals in America. Here are 3 of my go to spots with lower cal/high protein options listed below⬇️ Chick-Fil-A: Grilled Chicken Sandwich, with extra chicken patty Chipotle: Double Chicken Salad bowl, light rice, light beans, salsa, lettuce, very light sour cream, pinch of cheese Panda Express: Double Teriyaki Chicken, sauce on the side, on greens What are your go to fast food meals?⬇️⬇️⬇️ (Even if they aren't the healthiestπŸ˜›)
