I absolutely love Lat-Sau It’s really fun to me. Teaches the basics of attacking and defending I also love how anyone could do lat-sau. Beginners to advanced practitioners are able to participate in lat-sau ehich mskes it almost accessible to any levels

Question
How did you first hear about Wing Chun? Give your answer in the comments below. Personally, I had a friend in high school that had been doing Wing Chun for about a year and he was always talking about it. I was interested in Martial Arts already and wanted to have some kind of formal training, so decided to try out Wing Chun. It also happened to be the ONLY martial art school in the city I lived in.

I joined because of my dad! He was into the Ip Man movies and I wanted to try something new with him I stayed because I really enjoyed the art. Best of the best martial arts out there!
