We’ve made the decision to close Success HQ. And actually, one of the biggest reasons is pretty simple: it hasn’t become the active community we wanted it to be and we need to put our energy somewhere else. There are some brilliant people in here, but over time we’ve found ourselves continuing to create content and put energy into a space that, for most members, wasn’t really being used. We could keep trying different things to increase engagement, but that would be keeping Success HQ going because we created it, rather than because it’s genuinely serving people. And that doesn’t make much sense. Our business is evolving too. We’re clearer about the businesses we most want to work with and the conversations we want to be having, particularly around experience-led businesses and what it takes to create an exceptional experience through Brand, People and Operations. So rather than trying to turn Success HQ into something it was never designed to be, we’re closing this chapter and giving ourselves space to think differently about what comes next. Our paid members have already been contacted separately and we’ve made arrangements so they can continue working with us outside of Skool. For everyone else who has joined us, read a POWERUP, watched something, commented, asked a question or simply lurked in the background — thank you for being here. We’ve learned a lot from Success HQ. Including knowing when it’s time to stop doing something. We firmly believe that Success is a Team Sport. Find your team, they are out there. After the training session with Jenny and Matt on how to use Canva. I had a go and produced a very simple, but kind of nice, social media post on Saturday. Small step, but felt big to me!

Sometimes you have to try on a different version of yourself to realise it doesn’t fit. That doesn’t mean you got it wrong. It means you learned something. Maybe you weren’t trying to escape who you are. Maybe you were trying to escape who other people told you to be. There’s a difference. Experiment. Change your mind. Come back to what you love with more clarity than before. Today’s POWERUP: growth isn’t always becoming someone new. Sometimes it’s returning to yourself without asking permission.
