Yesterday I went to the Phillies game and the very nice couple next to me got to chatting they are from Texas; for the first time I said I use to have a love one live in Texas in Houston. …… it was a stomach punch…. I wanted cry…I just took deep breaths ….. my wife looked at me and was like wow that had to be hard to say for the first time and I just shook my head yes…. It made it more real that she is gone from my life. I’m emotional writing this….. I should just blame the emotions to the terrible loss of the Phillies yesterday they didn’t show up.

Hi , everyone today’ s been tough I woke up late and missed an appointment. However, was awake in time to attend my friend’s mom funeral. It’s been 9 months since I lost the only father figure I ever had my father in law and in June will be 2 yrs since I lost my mother in law who loved me so much. Unfortunately I didn’t have a loving or present mother. Bring there for my friend was an honor but grief is so much more then being sad and missing them. I was just at the gravesite yesterday planting things now that it’s not just dirt anymore. Some days I get so angry that they are gone. I feel like they should still be here. I feel lost. Does this make sense.
