Happy Friday! My biggest win is finally being more on top of my game - water, exercise, better with carbs . Struggle- getting back to my comfort with exercise!

I just finished watching this session. How ironic because I generally thought I was ok with sleep. Last 2 night was not the case- as I couldn't get my brain to stop with all I've added to my plate!

Morning- My biggest win has been my morning consistency's: shakes, light yoga. Even though when home my meal prep is there - I've been spoiled by family and friends with bday celebrations this year! I'm more mindful for that reason alone.
