Thanks for that Dan , but it’s so hard to go to bed the same time every night, i know it’s the best way i know someone that goes to bed 6pm everyday even when the sun don’t even goes down yet, but he’s consistent , but he told he he’s up by 2am and can’t go back to sleep, that’s me no matter what time i goes to bed am up by 3am and it’s so hard to fall back to sleep, i need some help there

Recap: 1.We start Episode 1 on Monday! 2.Watch the welcome video, perform the self mobility test and write down your which of the 3 tests was the hardest for you! 3. Spend 3 to 5 minutes doing the breathing technique video with relaxing music. Some differences in this 8 week program: 1. Weekly live coaching calls by me :-) 2. Mobility habit stacking will be layered in each week 3. More customization based on your specific needs 4.
