Skill-based Fitness is the most encouraging space to learn skills! Personally, I've been focused on handstands, and I like that Mazen supports whatever goals you have, no matter where you are in your movement journey. I appreciate his non-prescriptive approach to teaching; he's always open to feedback and thoughtful about trying a different approach if something isn't working for you. In addition to Mazen's expert coaching, we also benefit from the support/feedback of fellow community members!
