If my batter was running out of the piping tip did I over mix?

Hey everyone! I am new here but not new to making french macarons. I’m still struggling with hollows shells and would love to get full shells 😊

These are some of the macarons I made from a recipe I use from a class I took. It took more than a handful of try’s to get them how I like them but never give up practice makes perfect.
