We can get really caught up with all the things of the season. Be sure to take time to enjoy it before it is gone. listen to the music, cook the cookies, call your friends. This season is still about giving, but also to yourself. This season will also fill your soul if you let it. What are you doing to fill yourself during this time of the year?

I'm so excited for this little group. Hopefully it'll turn into a bigger group. But for everyone that is here, who are my personal friends, who are my support, and who are people I look up to. Thank you for joining my group. I know jumping from Facebook will make this a new learning curve for all of us. Something that is going to be unique about this group is that you will be able to join free q&a every Monday. We are going to just ask questions that are happening in our lives and see how we can reframe them, see how we can get support, and just be there for each other and learning how to be better leaders, parents, business owners, friends, partners and kinder to ourselves. I will start putting some things in the classroom. But bear with me. This is something I'm building. For right now feel free to add things, questions, discussions, and come to the q&a so we can just support each other and I'm sure that the we will have more to add to our little community as this grows.
