Hello! I’m Rony, a Real Estate broker with HouseSigma.com with 8 years experience. I was previously a manager at Zolo.ca as well. I thought I was investing in real estate until I realized that the market was just gifting equity with the help of (almost) free money, that all changed when I decided to split my income property into a duplex, after which I got a taste of meaningful cashflow.
