I hope everyone is doing well. My name is Ronny and I currently reside in Tucson, Arizona. I am here for for assistance in rebuilding my cycling power after detouring into the ultramarathon world for the past 3 years. I am also here to help keep me on track with consistent functional strength training. I have been cycling since the early 90's - mountain bikes first and then starting doing more road cycling around late 1999. That has been my primary sport since though I love all forms of endurance sports. Last, I hope to learn and share with the rest of the group so that we all reach our personal goals and set new ones.
